We are Fenr, LLC, doing business as Fenr ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Oregon, United States. We operate https://fenr.app and related products and services that refer or link to these Legal Terms (collectively, the "Services").
Fenr is an AI study app that helps people turn messy notes into a focused, personalized learning workflow. Users can paste notes or upload study content into study sets, and the app generates concise summaries, key points, and next-focus recommendations. It also creates flashcards and quizzes from the same material and tracks performance over time with dashboard insights, streaks, and weak-topic signals.

To expedite resolution and control cost, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.
If the Parties are unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, the dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration under the applicable American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. Arbitration may be conducted in person, by phone, online, or through document submission as permitted by applicable rules and law.
Arbitration is limited to disputes between the Parties individually; no class, consolidated, or representative actions.
